Yes, our insurance covers your medical support and any other injured or damaged vehicle.
Canyon Grail e-bikes are only available to upgrade on full days, and the price will appear once you start the booking process. If you are really interested in trying it out for a half day, please contact us through info@madcycle.pt.
No, you do not need to bring your own helmet. MADCycle provides helmets for all tours. However, if you prefer, you can bring your own helmet. It is mandatory by law to wear a helmet.
Refunds will be provided in full if canceled up to 36 hours before the scheduled service. If the activity is canceled by the company due to technical reasons, the customer will receive a 100% refund. In the event of cancellations due to government or other official mandates, we will issue a voucher of the same value for the same activity, which can be rescheduled for a later date.
You should pack a windbreaker, comfortable and cotton-free clothes, an extra pair of socks and a t-shirt, sunscreen, water, and some snacks like cereal bars, energy food, or fruit. Comfortable shoes for pedaling are also recommended. We provide 25L pannier bags so you can carry any items you choose to bring.
MADCycle accepts tour payments by bank transfer or through their website's secure payment platform, which supports all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Payments are processed through Stripe's payment infrastructure.
